After her secondary school education, she got admission to study at the University of Calabar, Cross River State. She applied to study theatre arts at the University of Calabar but was given admission to study education, which she accepted. Ebele Okaro later switched to theatre arts, her dream course of study, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre arts.
